Hello everyone,

I cannot seem to find out how to code with the seventh character. Is there a way to code with the

A, Initial encounter
D, Subsequent encounter
S, Sequela

will this only be available in SP 10 or am I missing something.

Hi,

I am on CEMR 9.8.8 and they are in the problem search. I type in shoulder initial encounter hit search then change my search to ICD-10 beings it doesn't default until SP 10. If you keep opening the folders it will lead you to all the Initial Encounter Codes related to the Shoulder. The same for Sequela etc... Does that help? Misty
