ICD-10 not pulling correctly

I must have missed something with loading ICD-10 codes. When I search for Neuropathy I get the correct code G62.9 and I can drill down from there. When my physicians search they get N05.9. Someone please tell me what I did wrong?

Are you searching the same way? Perhaps are you using the advanced search while your providers are using a custom list? Just a thought.
