Desperately searching for Mental Health/Behavioral Health forms. We are a multi-specialty clinic and have 2 Mental Health providers. Unfortunately they have been stuck using Text Components to enter there dictation for the past two years, since we implemented GE. They would like to start using forms but I am not having much luck finding them.
Is anyone else out there using GE Centricity with Mental Health providers???? We have discussed custom content but I am limited on the time I can spend building forms.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!!

I'll send you what I've got in my system via email that my Psych provider has been using for a little over a year.

Also I don't know what the costs is or what your budget is like, but Visualutions has a Behavioral Health Suite for Centricity. http://www.visualutions.com/bhs/

Could you send the Behavioral Health forms that you have to me as well? We are looking at the visualutions product, but it is more than what we need at this time.
