We are looking at contracting with a IVR vendor. The following vendors are being considered:
Patient Prompt
Televox
Client Tell
To those that are using one of these products we are asking for information as to which one is most user friendly and compatible for using with CPS 12 also we are asking if we should be aware of any unexpected costs you encountered. Thanks in advance to those willling to share their expereince in using one of these products.

I know it isn't on your list but we use Call Pointe with out issue, we have looked at changing in the past stayed with them. We also use the Call Pointe schedule app for cell phones, the Dr's love it.
