Hi CHUG, about a year or two ago, I posted a reference guide or instructions and a warning to everyone to make sure you audit your EMR charges to your PM billing even if you are on the combined product. Oh, I would have sent it as Angela Culp...my maiden name.
There is a popup window when you go into a PM ticket/billing line states there are charges to import would you like to import now? You can click yes or no. Well, if you don't answer correctly, you can forever lose that notice/popup that charges are waiting to be imported. This leaves the risk of the charge not being brought to PM and you never receive the notice that a charge is waiting. The only way to find it is to manually audit EMR orders and compare to PM billing lines on a regular quality check.
Anyways, I know i sent the instructions with lots of detailed screenshots. I can't find it in my records now. Did anyone save that? Oh please say you did so I don't have to do it again. 🙂 Please?
