We get requests almost daily from our staff to add a new pharmacy to Centricity. Has anyone imported all pharmacies? If so, have you ran into any problems with performance or any problems at all with this? We understand that there will be more pharmacies to search through. There are already many in there. If we teach staff to search by town, this may be easier. Thoughts?

We did not import all of them, but definitely imported all from our state and the neighboring state since we are near the border. I think it helps quite a bit and limits the number you have to import daily. It may depend on where your patient demographic resides. If they travel to see you from many different locations you may want to consider that when you load.
Just my thoughts, hope it is helpful.

Adding the bordering states would definitely help. It seems our patients like to travel too as we get many from further states as well. Thank you for your response!

From the trainings, it sounds like this will be a thing of the past when we get to version 20 this year. Not sure how that will work out in the real world, but I'm not sure I would import all pharmacies at this point.
