My organization is currently using SureScripts Document Management to scan/import paperwork into pt's charts. We are currently looking into the possibility of switching to InDxLogic Solutions and were hoping to get some reviews, tips/tricks, and any other information about InDxLogic from users that have or are currently using it now.
Any information you can share is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We have been using it for about 3 years and love it. We were able to centralize most of our scanning functions and reduced the time to process documents from 4 days to 4 hours (after we receive the document). About 70% of our documents are auto indexed (go directly to the chart after scanning) and no longer require manual intervention. Two other features we use a lot are the "splitter" and "Bulk Print". The splitter lets us handle electronic faxes. These can be easily imported through InDxLogix. The bulk print works great for record exports. You can export an entire chart (including external documents) to a password protected PDF in a few minutes.
Technical support and training from them is also good. They are very responsive.

We have been with Indxlogic since 2017. We love this product, it allowed us to downsize our staff by 1 1/2 employees while adding referral and imaging orders closure into the team with the assistance of the auto closure designed in Indxlogic... Since we are able to move documents from our faxcom server over into Indxlogic ocr and onto the providers desktops within minutes I have reassurance that even during a staff shortage we could run with one employee for a day if needed. The system is reliable and when there is an issue it is resolved within the day with peace of mind that we haven't lost any documents. There is a fantastic dashboard and reporting system to help you report back to Administration as well as assist in performance reviews. Please feel free to reach out if you have other questions:)

We have been on indxlogic since about 2012-13 and love it. Our auto indx is around 80%. We enjoy the bulk print option for our depositions and also for chart export. We are a very large orthopaedic practice with about 10000+ appointments monthly. Our staffing needed to maintain the manual queue are 1-2 users who work on this part time. The Indxlogic staff and trainers are very helpful. Their IT staff is fantastic!! This company definitely goes above and beyond you will not be disappointed.
