I would like to have certain documents sent to both the ordering provider and CC to me for a quality improvement project. I attempted to change the configuration on the specified documents inserting my name under the carbon copy tab within the Centricity EMR Settings tab in Indexing Client. While my name now appears under Carbon Copy after scanning the specified document my name disappears after choosing the patient name in Indexing Client. Any ideas?
I'm seeing what you are seeing. It does seem to work if the document type is not the final one you need when you look up a patient. I could make it work if I was on a non-cc doc type, looked up the patient, then ch0se the cc doc type. It actually didn't work on all patients in my test system. It strangely seems to not work on some locations of care... But definitely feels like a bug.
