Does anyone use a magnetic stripe reader or scanning software like Scansharp to read and input data from insurance cards and/or driver licenses? How well does it work?

We use a third party vendor to scan insurance cards and drivers license. It gathers the data and updates CPS if needed. The best thing is it verifies the insurance card when it is scanned and compares to what we have in the system.

We were just looking into Clearwave. How many kiosks do you have?

We have 3 in one location and 2 in another. The 3 services 150 to 200 patients a day without issue.
