When I try to run an inquiry to "Find Patients where Appointment Comments is blank", I get the following error:
Open: COULDN'T REMOVE A SYMBOL: vPatientProfile
What is causing this error?

Did you ever find resolution on this? Also, were there any big changes to your system just before experiencing this?
I've noticed this in our instance recently, and we just upgraded to 12.2.2.
