Does anyone know if it's possible to pull into a crystal report information regarding when an insurance card was scanned and attached to the paperclip, in a patient's registration. And if it is, which table would that information be stored in. Thank you!

Join PatientProfileAttachment on patientProfileId, you can pick up insurance cards by matching on the name or partial name to the Name field, and use the Created or LastModified fields for the date.

I was in the right table but kept trying to use the "Type" field. Oops 🙂
