Hello,
We are considering Phreesia for front office intake.
How has Phreesia worked for your office?

Phreesia is a great product. We have enjoyed having implemented for our front office intake. Less paperwork and great on collecting payments. I would recommend the product.

We looked at Phreesia about a year ago, but with the pricing structure as it is, our company decided at this time.

We implemented Spring of 2018 for pre-visit check in and to intake some clinical information. It was much more work setting things up on the front end than we initially thought.
Now that we have worked out most of the kinks we are successfully using the product.

If collecting and posting patient payments is your objective, I'd ask you to take a look at SwervePay.
Front Desk: Copays and outstanding balances collected and posted to the ticket.
Patient Balances-Auto text-to-pay, regardless of appointments, posted back to the ticket
Website payments, posted back to the ticket
