Hello,
We just had a presentation from ChartSpan for chronic care management and rapid adult wellness visits programs that they offer. They both seemed like a great system that could offer a lot to our patients and staff.
They mentioned that they have worked with Centricity before. Is anyone currently using this system or have worked with them in the past? How did this work for you? Are you happy with the process and the outcomes?
Any information appreciated.
