We have started testing the signature capture software which we love but are having problems with touch screen monitors not working from time to time. Is any one using the touch screens and if so what brand and model? Thanks for any help.

Are you using visual signature capture? Or another product?
I can't answer your question above, but we are looking at adding this product as well.

We are using visual signature capture. We are under a 60 day test period. We really like the product but are having problems with with touchscreen monitors. We have ordered a tablet which most organizations are using and are hoping that helps. If you need any feedback feel free to email me at [email protected]
