We are unable to get real time eligibility today and it looks like a GE cloud problem. It sometimes works, sometimes not. We generally do have issues at the beginning of the month, but with today being the 10th I am not used to the lack of service. Anyone else?

eligibility doesn't seem to be working for Cigna but our other carriers are fine.

We actually did have issues yesterday with multiple carriers. I put in a service request and they indicated that they restarted a server. Today, so far, it has been working fine.

I noticed an improvement after posing this message the other day but it is happening again today with multiple carriers.
Guess they need to reboot that server again....
