Hello Everyone,
I am asking to see if anyone has had any issues with failed ESM refills. We had a day when a handful of scripts didnt go through and was giving failure messages. When trying to track the failure ID, it will not match any ident. in the patients chart. Wondering if other than running an inquiry, what ways have you gone about tracking the failed scripts?? We have also contacted GE and checked in the ESM console and we did have a known issues with Kryptic there, which has been fixed, but we wanted to try and track the failures somehow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
