Anyone out there experiencing issues with the prescriptions form printing blank prescriptions at first, then we clicking reprint it prints filled out?
I recently joined the practice here, and noticed our prescriptions form is from 2001. Could that be the issue?
Here is ours from 2010. It could also be the printer configuration, are you running through Citrix?

Problem is occurring on our citrix users and local installed users, and is randomly jumping around. Extremely strange. We've witnessed it happen in a exam room and went to duplicate the error and couldn't.

Is it user specific? It could be a setting on thier default printer, even though you use Citrix-GE has been known to use the driver from the users default printer (big headache for us)

doesn't seem to be since it's happening to nurses and docs and at different stations even our remote sites. It could be printing correctly all day then suddenly one won't print the med on the prescription. The outline/template of the NC prescription prints but noting filled out. Kind of like the data isn't transferring over to the prescription template.
Have you tried deleting the users Profiles?
not yet, simply because its so many.

I have found that this does help. We have a roaming profile server so it's very easy to select all and delete. We do have to wait until the user is out of the system so we usually do it during our monthly downtime. You could try one user that is having the issue and delete thier profile and see if it helps.
