Has any experience a cps crashed after a KB update? This is the second time that has happened to us. After the KB update, we could not login to CPS. We had to call GE in the middle of the night.

Are you referring to a CPS KB update or Windows KB update?

I have seen Archive logs fill up available storage space resulting in the EMR not being able to connect to the database. Was the problem the same each time you had to contact GE following a KB update?

Where is the archive log stored? I shouldn't say the kb update crashed CPS, it's more of users cannot login even if the login credentials are correct. In the last 3 kb updates, it has happened twice where users cannot login to CPS.
