I just tried logging onto the GE KnowledgeBank and it displays the following message:
The GE Healthcare KnowledgeBank has been discontinued.

Does anyone know:
- why this was done ?
- was any notice of this given in advance ?
- is there plans to reinstate or replace it ?
- if the items on the knowledgeBank are available anywhere else ?

I too miss the KnowledgeBank. Can CHUG host this?
It was a very useful tool for me for many years. I hope it comes back as well.
Not only the Knowledge bank but the archived forums for CHUG as well. Has anyone heard when that is suppose to be back if at all.
I think the best service that CHUG can provide in a respository of forms and the level of VFE that they were saved.
Would be so helpful to have the archived CHUG forums! Who can make that happen? I'm a provider with no tech support and 128 charts open due to poor workflow, no orders modules ever built etc. Desperate for resources! I have some serious Centricity related ulcers.
It would be good to start a new knowledge base here/somewhere so we don't have to call GE, wait 24h for a callback then find that it is a known issue anyway
