A couple years ago I received an unofficial ePrescribing errors list from GE. Here is all it lists (not really up to date):
900:
Message Type Not Supported by Sender
The provider cannot e-prescribe, because (s)he has been disabled at
Surescripts due to inactivity. A provider will be disabled if (s)he has not sent a New Rx within the preceding 90 days or has not
responded to 10 refill requests within the preceding 30 days. To re-enable the prescriber for e-prescribing:
Locate the
prescriber in eSM Console.
-
Uncheck the ‘New Rx’ and ‘Accept Refill’ boxes for that
prescriber.
-
Click ‘Save Modifications’.
-
Re-Check the ‘New Rx’ and ‘Accept Refill’ boxes for that
prescriber.
-
Click ‘Save Modifications’.
The prescriber is now re-enabled for e-prescribing. Have the prescriber
send the prescription again. If the same issue occurs, log a case with GE.
900: Sending
Provider Not Found
The provider cannot send e-prescriptions to mail-order pharmacies,
because (s)he is not registered on the mail order network.
If using eSM version 3.x, click the ‘Deactivate’ button for that prescriber in eSM Console and then
re-register the prescriber. Have the provider send the e-prescription again. If
the issue still persists, contact GE.
If using eSM version 2.x, contact GE.
900: Sender ID not on file
Similar to “900: Sending Provider Not Found”, the pharmacy does not
have the prescriber’s information downloaded into their system yet.
If using eSM version 3.x, click the ‘Deactivate’ button for that prescriber in eSM Console and then
re-register the prescriber. Have the provider send the e-prescription again. If
the issue still persists, contact GE.
If using eSM version 2.x, contact GE.
900:Transaction Rejected - UIB (or UIH) Prescription (or Trace #) is Invalid
This is a duplicate
script. The specific e-prescription message being sent has already been sent
before and was received by the pharmacy. No action is required from you. The
first e-script message was accepted by the pharmacy, and so this duplicate
message was rejected. This can occur if EMR did not change the coding of the
message from a 0 (unsent) to a 1 (sent) when the message leaves EMR for eSM.
900 - Clinic : 651598 is not authorized
The clinic has not been registered correctly with
Kryptiq through the eSM Configurator and cannot e-prescribe. Re-register the
clinic with the correct clinic name and password or contact GE if this
information is not known.
