Curious as to how people are handling lab letters. I've seen simple letters, complex letters with lots of code for different labs and forms to build letters/documents. What are you using and would you share these letters/forms? We are trying to create a workflow for all our clinics that would be easier than the patchwork approach we have now. We don't have a portal to help with this at this time.

This link has a video about their secure patient reporting and enhanced patient friendly lab report. This product allows the provider to annotate on the report eliminating the need for a separate letter.
