Our office is looking into adapting to voice recognition software MModal. Before we make the decision I wanted to find out from others that use this technology to get the pros and cons vs. using Dragon. My providers were hoping to get valuable feedback from others that are actually using the software. Please email me directly if you have an feedback for us.

We use Dragon in house, but the hospital my providers work at uses MModal, My providers have had good things to say about it. One physician liked it enough from his hospital use to have me buy him a license to use in our clinic too. The others have not seen the need to go through the expense since they have already paid for DME2. Just this morning I was talking with one of our physician assistants and his opinion was he would give MModal a slight higher rating over Dragon.
