Has anyone tried importing the New Obs kit from the Service Portal for March 2015? I am getting an error that it cannot find the ckt file. I have re-downloaded the kit thinking that something was corrupted with the initial download. Still getting the same error. I have opened a ticket with GE, but wanted to reach out to everyone and see if anyone has experienced this.

looking at the .ckt file the ckt file does not list the correct files to load. I did not modify the file and have not imported the march obs either.

Found the same thing. I was thinking of modifying the ckt file, as it seems relatively easy, but I think I'd rather have GE do this...just in case that's not the only thing that's wrong. I'm going to open an SR, as well.
It looks like the splitobs portion of the download was missing every time. The rep at GE was able to file transfer over the kit in its entirety and I was able to get it loaded in all of our databases. Suggested that next time, if this problem happens again, to use a different web browser to download the content.
