Over the past few weeks we have experienced the following: When accessing the Med Hx button on the Update Medications window (to check refill history), and selecting 'Request Med History', nothing happens. The Status of Last History Request displays that the history has never been accessed rather than 'In Progress'. It almost seems like there is a connectivity issue with Surescripts. Has anyone else experienced this?
