I have two questions about the Patient Advisor banner in Medication Management. We have been live since Friday July 30th.
1. The "Patient Scorecard" tab does not appear in the banner. This is a feature our providers were really looking forward to and it's not there. Is there lag time after enablement?
2. What does the Medication Fill History tab do and why is it blank? I asked Quatris about this feature and they couldn't even tell me how it functions. I couldn't find any documentation about it either.
Hoping my colleagues know more about the product than my VAR.
