Is anyone aware of a good HRA or g good Medicare Annual Wellness visit template for Centricity CPS? WE have providers missing items and we are looking to streamline the documentation.

How would we access older information people have shared regarding Medicare Wellness Visits? I have a provider who is asking for a more streamlined approach to these visits especially for TeleHealth. I am also interested in Medicare forms.
