Looking for answers!
One of our providers is experiencing the following problem: When he is ready to sign an office visit note, the text translation appears appropriate (one medication list) but once he signs off, the medication list is duplicated immediately after the first one. We are unable to determine the cause, but are assuming it is something simple with his workflow. It appears to be limited to follow-up visits and not new patients, they are different encounter types but essentially the same forms. Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts?

What version of CPS are you on? We are on 12.2.2 and the Rx renewal form has been a big "buggy" at times and I have seen this-- but not consistently enough to even reproduce for a case with GE.
