Has anyone had any trouble merging duplicate accounts since upgrading to version 11. We are unable to merge since the upgrade.

I just tried it in our test 11 environment and had no issues. Are you getting an error message?
Yes we get all the way to the merge part and then get the sorry for your Inconvenience but centricity but close the application and you can click on an arrow and see alot of error language. Ge has webed in and took recording and tracing but cannot figure it out. This has just been since we upgraded from 9.5 to 11. We merge alot of charts and this is causing us alot of problems.
Are the documents signed in both the charts you are trying to merge?

What platform are you on? Are you using FAT clients?
we use both PC's and thin clients
