I am wanting to add forms to the MindFlow Lab for our OB/GYN doctors. They would like an easy way to imput prenatal labs from a previous doctor when a patient transfers care to us. Does anyone have prenatal forms for Mind Flow?

I would be interested in this as well. Beth.....what are you using to send over to L & D for delivery? I am having no luck getting the Prenatal Flowsheet & Prenatal Labs to print out correctly. Our OB/GYN's are wanting it to be more like the ACOG form.

One of our managers has created a prenatal flowsheet that is very similar to the ACOG form. It has a few kinks to work out still but it works really well for us.

Would she be willing to share it with me? I have very limited experience with VFE or TFE. The little bit I do know i have learned from CHUG as well as LOTS of "lessons learned the hard way" 🙁
