Is there any way to track who modified the patient's appointment status, i.e. marked the patient arrived or didn't mark them arrived?

Find the desired appointment on the schedule.
Left click it once, so that it is highlighted
Then go to "View" -> "Appointment Activity List" (This is on the tool bar, not any dropdowns)
If you scroll to the right you can see who changed modified the appointment status.
This won't tell you who ~didn't~ change an appointment status, but it will point you in the right direction.

for a single patient
you can go to the schedule click on the patient appointment on the schedule and then
on the top menu. Click on view and then appointment activity list.
for multiple, you may need to build a report
