Hello,
I am using EMR 9.8 and wonder if anyone else has a VFE form to calculate the peak flow range/percentages based on patient's height and age.

I know the equation is as follow; but do not know how i would actually put in the ln and e functions in VFE....
| PEFFemale = e((0.376*ln(Age))-(0.012*Age)-(58.8/Height)+5.63) |
| PEFMale = e((0.544*ln(Age))-(0.0151*Age)-(74.7/Height)+5.48) |
