So with the new process to print the CVS out of the system, has anyone else noticed that the append that is created cannot be printed out after the fact? So it lists as an append to the office visit and looks like a normal append with the CVS info listed, but when you try to print only the instructions and patient header print out. Not the info on the CVS itself. It seems to me that the logic would be the same as any other document and should print out like the others. Any insight or feedback would be great!

Yes, we have the same issue and opened a ticket with GE, and apparently this is another "Known Issue". We are not on the newest service pack, so I'm not sure if it's still an issue in SP 7, but definitely an issue in SP6.

We are on Service Pack 7 and this is happening. Did they give an ETA on when this would be fixed. Also this should print then, correct?
This has been an issue since the beginning. When we need to print an additional copy of the CVS, just right click the original document and click Print Clinical Visit Summary. It creates a second Append, too.
No, they did not provide an ETA.
That is what we are going to do in the meantime. Just wish we weren't creating so many appends.
