Office Visit Note includes CVS

I realize the CVS is supposed to show as an append to the OV. However, it is also populating within our OV document; thereby duplicating and cluttering the Office Note. Is there a setting that we missed that will stop this from occurring?

This is a huge issue with my providers. It completely clutters the notes. Has someone found a way to stop this? Please help. The CVS issues are driving me nuts.
