We are currently exploring EZTelemedicine which offers patient self serve features such as appointment requests, pre-visit documentation, and of course integrated telemedicine. The product appears to be well developed and the pricing/terms are reasonable.

We started slowly rolling out DASHSelf from Radix Health two weeks ago, and so far, so good. We have been using a different product from Radix, DASHCentral, for about a year. DASHCentral allows our schedulers to book CPS appointments from within Salesforce. Now we're taking the next step of allowing some patients to book their own appointments. We have been very happy with Radix's service and support.
