Is anyone experiencing this problem- from the desktop- When I click on a flag that is attached to a patient chart- the patient chart does not always open up. This is new with CPS12.
How do you fix this?

This is a known issue with CPS12. From our VAR...
ISSUE: Opening flags attached to patient's charts are not opening patient chart.
ACTION: Unfortunately this was slated to be fixed, but GE has reported this is still an issue and has not been fixed. They are looking to have this fixed in version CPS 12.1. The SPR# assigned to this issue is 58153. They are hoping to have 12.1 released at some point in September. If you have any additional questions on this in the meantime, just let me know.
