What would cause an order to have a status of "In Process" even after the order is signed? We are having this occur with one of our Providers. He is the only one of our providers who uses a scribe and also the only provider with his own custom "Orders list". So I am thinking it could be related to one of those two factors.
It is not a huge deal for us if they remain in that status as we have a separate system that we use for billing but I am curious as to what would cause that.
Check Dispostion when Signed under Order categories in Administration. If it is "in process" , it will require manually change to "complete".
It is set to complete.
If your using orchard I know our issue is a doctor entering a order on EMR side and for whatever reason it's modified manually by the lab staff which changes the internal number of the order causing a disconnect and when the result is signed the order doesn't compete.
