Is anyone using a form to document PEF(Peak Expiratory Flow)? Just curious if there are forms available for this documentation. Otherwise I will be adding it to our custom Vital Signs form.

Not trying to sound like a salesman, but we use Midmark Spirometers and the software package came with a form for Centricity that includes the PEF incorporated in the form. The Midmark Spirometer interfaces directly into the form.

Thank you for your response. They are currently using peak flow meters in our clinic not spirometers. If we ever decide to get a spirometer I will recommend researching this model though. Thanks!
