Just wondering how other clinics are handling the workflow for obtaining the criteria needed to meet PQRS or MU requirements. Is this responsibility falling on the provider him/herself or the MA or a mid-level? Are you using quick texts, MEL, custom forms? We are a sub-specialist office and most of this stuff falls out of daily scope of practice. A little insight into how other clinics are going about this would be a tremendous help.
