Has anyone successfully retired the old Encounter Forms?? Without having staff create their own forms...i.e. Sticky notes, Walkie talkies, note books etc.... Thanks

We have not used Paper "Superbills" or "Encounter Forms" since we went live on CPS in 2009. We have all paper forms on hand in case of power loss, etc. Everything is documented and ordered within the CPS module.
