Does anyone know what table and field the "Patient Alert Notes" from registration are stored in. Thank you!

I am on EMR 9.12 & I am not seeing PatientProfile table anywhere? Please advise... Thanks

The equivalent in Oracle is PERSON. There is no AlertNote field but there is a RegNote field.
