What company is everyone using for patient appointment reminders and recall reminders? Does anyone use Relatient or Televox?

If you are looking at just the appointment reminders, there are plenty of vendors to choose from. However, if you are looking to go deeper than that- a fully automated bi-directional system for
1. Patient recall
2. No-show follow up
3. Pre/post procedure follow up

We switched from televox to Vital Interactions over 2 years ago and have been pleased.
We also use Phreesia and their system will send a Pre-Reg email to the patient a couple of days before their appointment (if the patient has an email loaded in Registration). Our patients are really pleased with that feature.
