We have identified 3 payment solutions that is being used by CPS customers, Medfusion Pay, Forte and Swerve Pay. Are there any other solutions that practices are using. Here is what we are looking for.
We are looking for a payment solutions system for patient payments that integrates with our healthcare system where patients can pay with a credit card, check, etc. online, through a mobile app, ivr, etc. We would like the payments to post directly into CPS to avoid double entry and manual payment reconciliation and the ability to send receipts, notifications to patients through email or text.

The CPS Edi team is finishing building their own payment solution. We currently use medfusion, but are looking at this because the Centricity solution allows for a patient payment lockbox for patients to send payments too, and the payments will "auto-post" into CPS via an edi file (we use Centricity EDI, probably a pre-requisite). They also have IVR. It also works well (theoretically) with the Centricity Patient Statements. Other than that its very similar to the medfusion offerings.
Again though, this is info we have gathered through discussions with them and demos. We don't currently use it. If you reach out to sales they will probably get you more info.
