Actually this is simply a chance for me to vent just a bit about this form. Why on Earth does the Ped Vital Signs CCC not contain a field for LMP?? I downloaded the editable file from the Athena portal, but when I try to make any change to the form, the text translation is completely fouled up and the data displays showing the calculations for BMI percentile, BMI Classification Weight percentile and Height percentile do not function at all.
Has anyone found a way of updating this form without breaking everything on it just be opening the file to edit?
