We upgraded one of our clinics from EMR 9.5 to 9.8 and suddenly some of their forms are taking forever to process and drag down the entire encounter when loaded. These are not GE forms nor are they from any source I recognize. They were built by some third party years ago and should just go away. We were successful in replacing one, but the clinic has an encounter type of "acute visit" which contained a form called "peds - sick visit 3". It basically looks like a check box A&P form. I've had them look at the Peds-Assessment & Plan-CCC and the CPOE A&P-CCC which they don't like. Not being clinical, it is difficult for me to help guide them and we don't do Peds here. Can anyone share what forms they use in an encounter type that would qualify as Acute Sick Care for Pediatrics?
Greg,
We utilize HealthOne's forms and love them. We have over 100 pediatricians and pound the forms everday.
Let me know if you would like contact information.

My former team lead recently left to open up his own business - primarily focused on improving performance in form sets and custom forms (with reporting available as well). Let me know if you'd like me to send you his contact info - he is very reasonable for pricing - we actually contract with him.
Thanks
Mike
