Is there a way to confirm through eScriptMessenger that a refill was received by the requesting pharmacy? Several local Wal-Mart pharamcies continue to state they have not received our prescription refills. I personally believe this is a staff issue with the pharmacy because other pharmacies receive our refills. I would like to be able to prove to the pharmacy managers that the messages were sent successfully so we can avoid repeated calls for the same refill request from Wal-Mart pharmacies. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You can go into the erx Messenger console and choose Tracking, then Refill Responses or NewRx. Then you can filter them and find the prescription. If you look at the detail, it only tells you at the bottom "Surescripts accepted" instead of "WalMart accepted," but at least you can prove you sent it.
