Does anyone use or know of a way for the providers to be able to preload certain information prior to the office visit date? Our clinical staff does what preloading they can of past medical information and medications but is there a way that anyone knows of where the provider can actually go in a start the note prior to the visit with test results and other information they can enter prior to having the patient in front of them?
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the Chug Marketplace. Arnold Cantu has a solution that allows you to change the date. It is under the Applications option - Clinical Date Changer form
