We have a nurse practitioner that left the practice for several years and is now back. She previously worked at a different location. When printing prescriptions from CPS, it still has her previous supervising (collaborating) physician from the previous location on the printed prescription. Can anyone tell me where this is controlled? Thanks!

I believe you can find what you're looking for here: Administration-->System-->User and Resource Management-->Users-->Preferences-->User Preferences-->(Under appropriate user)Patient Charts-->Prescriptions

Thank you Jessica, that seems to have fixed it. Strange thing is that the supervising field was empty, but when I compared it to another nurse practitioner in the practice, her supervisor field had the word <none> in it. I copied and pasted <none> into the field and that worked. Thank you so much for your help!
