Has anyone encountered issues with the printer preferences sticking post upgrade to SP 11?
Just the normal setting change each time we upgrade. The emr.ini line needs to be changed to "True" UseClientName=TRUE
This is a defect in SP11. GE has promised that this issue will be resolved in SP12 or a patch maybe released before SP12. We do not have a timeframe for either one.

Just like cecild mentioned, every time we do an upgrade, we have to change line 12 of the \\Program Files (x86)\Centricity Practice Solution\Client\Emr.ini. By default, it says False, change it to True.
UseClientName=TRUE
You'll need to do it on every client whether it's fat or thin.
