We have a new NP in one of our clinics and she has been added to Centricity with the same security settings and access level as the other NPs. She is trying to sign off on one of the forms and she is not showing up in the Authorized Provider drop down list like the other NPs. Am I missing something on Administration?
I think in order to help more information is needed. Can the NP not sign a particular document? Or does she not show in a drop down as authorized provider in the form? What form in particular, is it a custom made form or CCC form?

Is the form one you built, or a custom form for your clinic? If so, share the source here.
My initial guess is that the drop-down list is hard-coded in the form; we have a form with a drop-down for Medical Assistant, and that is a predefined list for the field.
