We have been on Centricity 10.1.3.312 for a year now but printing and sending records out by paper is no longer feasible. We need to put them on CD. I can not figure out how to do this. Can anyone offer any help or suggestions?
Thanks
Hi Scott,
We use a pdf printer called Bullzip to do this. I configured Bullzip to save the files to the CD burning folder that windows uses to temporarily store the files. As soon as Bullzip finishes "printing" your selected documents, your system tray will indicate it has files waiting to be burned to cd. Just click on that icon, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the disc. Feel free to ask more questions and I'd be happy to help.
Best of luck,
Gary
Thanks

Tried this but I can only get one document at a time to go over even though I sent multiple documents to print
Are you having Bullzip suppress any errors? I found that I needed to add extra code into the file naming so it would truly offer a unique named document for each item in the chart. Here is what our file name looks like: Z:\<smarttitle><date><time><guid><username>.pdf
I appreciate your help but I am not a IT person so this is foreign language to me. I will see if my IT director will look at this for me. Even when I tried to use the CutePDF writer it did the same thing so I guess IT will have to configure this. Thanks for all of your help.
